FALL FESTIVAL

With today’s school closure, we are not able to use the school facilities for this evening, so the PTA Fall Festival will not take place tonight.  Thankfully, we were able to re-schedule our Festival in the spring, on the date of our previously-scheduled Thursday STEM event, April 11 from 5-7 pm. Students can look forward to all of the Festival fun in the spring!

BOOK FAIR

Our Book Fair has been extended to Monday and evening hours have been added!  Please don’t miss the final day of the Book Fair to support our library.  NEW Monday hours: Before school from 7:30-8:00 am, after school from 2:00-3:00 pm and in the evening from 5:00-7:00 pm! 

MEAL ORDERS

Please look for a letter that will come home listing your options for your meal pre-order. We will offer to extend your meal order to our next event, our Parent Workshop and Movie Night on Thursday, November 8, or our re-scheduled Festival date of Thursday, April 11.  You can contact president@threechoptpta.org with any questions or concerns.

It’s time for the Fall Festival and the Three Chopt Elementary needs your help!

Volunteer Opportunities are still available for the Fall Festival the Book Fair and the Cake Walk!

Fall Festival: There are still positions open, in short shifts. Please consider spending an hour helping out at the festival.

Book Fair: We need parents to work short shifts, availability is throughout the day.

SCA Cake Walk Donation: The more donations the merrier! Please consider donating baked goods for the cake walk.

Baskin Robbins Spirit Night!!

Summer Box Tops Challenge – Extension!

The Summer Box Tops challenge is being extended through September 28th!

All students who return the 50 box tops collection sheet (or 50 bundled in a ziploc bag) will receive special recognition and a chance to win a special prize!  The class with the most entries will celebrate with a donut party.  Please include student name and teacher name when turning in Box Tops.

Popcorn for Teacher’s on Monday

A special thank you to all the volunteers that helped out the final week before the start of school. Our teachers returned to a renovated teacher’s lounge, popcorn treats on Monday and and a breakfast bar on Tuesday.
